The evening will feature a locally-inspired three-course meal as well as an Assistant Coaches segment from the Western Bulldogs and Port Adelaide, providing insights into Ballarat’s very first AFL game. Western Bulldogs Ballarat
If you're lucky enough to have scored tickets to Ballarat's first-ever AFL match, then you're in for a real treat. Watch as Ballarat's adopted team the Bulldogs take on the fiery Port Adelaide. If you missed out on tickets to the game, fear not - you'll be able to catch all the action live and on the big screen next door to MARS Stadium at the Ballarat Showgrounds. Enjoy kids’ fun, footy zones, special guests, heated seating areas, giveaways, food trucks and a cash bar featuring local brews and regional wines. Ballarat Trotting Club Race meeting 
Following the historical game, head along to the Ballarat Trotting Club race meet. Gates open from 5.30pm and entry is by gold coin donation to Sons of the West program. Enter a race book competition for your chance to win some awesome AFL prizes!

E-Cycle Solutions Grand National Jumps Day

Watch as some of the best jumps racing horses in the nation converge at Sportsbet Ballarat for a spectacular day of jumps racing. The day will include six jumps races and will feature the E-Cycle Solutions Grand National Steeplechase.
